Welcome to Grace Concrete Bricks (RC 3664853). By accessing our website, requesting estimates, ordering products (such as blocks, pavers, and haulage), or booking equipment rentals across Lagos and Ogun States, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
The block and paver calculators on our platform provide planning estimates only. Because raw material costs (cement, sand, diesel) fluctuate, prices are subject to change. Official quotes and final contracts are confirmed directly through our sales team or WhatsApp channels prior to delivery or site execution.
We provide direct-to-site delivery and haulage across Lagos and Ogun States. Clients must ensure that site access roads are accessible for heavy-duty haulage trucks and equipment. Grace Concrete Bricks is not liable for delays caused by restricted site access, local community constraints, or extreme weather conditions.
Diesel concrete mixers and other heavy-duty equipment rented from our yards are inspected prior to dispatch. The client assumes responsibility for the safe operation, security, and proper handling of rented equipment while on site during the rental period.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lagos and Ogun States.
